UNESCO proclaimed the 2015 "International Year of Light and Light-based Technologies". In nature there are many chemical and physical processes generated by light or capable of generating light. Poetry always produces light, inspiration and transcendence in art; The light is the "first divine creature" that governs time, space, and memory; And it is an expressive instrument on figurated arts. The play was presented during the Science Festival in Cagliari on 2015, born between the collaboration of KyberTeatro (theatre and the new technologies) and Science Society Science, promoter and organizer of th Festival. It's a play thought and wrote specifically for high school students.
"More light" through the new technology, brings poetry and the complex and deep relationship bewteen the man and the light, on the stage. The theme is affronted on various levels: The light from a physical point of view, in relation to light pollution and to the disproportionate use of light; Through the images of Syria that the war has been deprived of the electrical current, forcing the population to the great exodus; But it is also a philosophical and spiritual reflection about the importance of light in our lives
