Energy modulates the shape of matter and modifies the structure of the same molecules.
Every chemical substance changes depending on the energy it receives. Among all, water is a very special element for us.
Water is the essential component of life: two atoms of hydrogen and one of oxygen, it is the biological basis of our planet.
In constant movement, water is a shaping element of Nature and part of the same environments in which our existence is born and takes place. Liquid and transparent, solid and luminous, dynamic between earth and sky, it flows, digging deep into the hardest structures that cover the planet. This project of music, multimedia and dance artistically explores the simplest and at the same time least evident dynamics of the substance that envelops everything and everyone, in a continuous and fragile dialogue between life and energy.

Company Blu (Sesto Fiorentino, Italy) is directed by dancers/performers Alessandro Certini and Charlotte Zerbey. The two have been carrying out their technical and artistic research in Northern Europe since 1979 and founded Company Blu in 1989, in Florence.
The artistic path of the company ranges from the production of shows to choreographic research, from improvisation to teaching. Another chosen field has been the dialogue between dance scores, video-artistic image, scenography and text integrated with the dramaturgy of the action.
Instant Places (Canada) – Laura Kavanaugh and Ian Birse present audiovisual shows and generative installations using specially designed hardware/software systems.
Under the name Instant Places they have created works of art on site in Japan, Australia, America and Europe.
The cultural association Carovana SMI (Suono, Movimento, Immagine), recognized since 1999 by MIBACT for the promotion of dance, has been operating since 1994 in the Sardinian, European and Mediterranean panorama with training, dissemination, research and artistic production projects within international cooperation programs and through local, national and international partnerships, with the aim of developing intercultural dialogue.
Carovana SMI works through thematic modules that serve as containers for both research and artistic development and for the meeting between different fields and disciplines. The modules include different projects united by a common theme and sometimes share activities with other modules with which it shares a part of the meaning.
